Der Finder ist verpflichtet, seinen F. dem Eigentümer zurückzugeben, ist ihm dieser nicht bekannt oder kann er ihn nicht selbst ausfindig machen, so hat er den F. bei der Polizei oder einem F.büro abzuliefern. Erhebt innerhalb von 6 Monaten niemand Anspruch auf die Fundsache, so geht sie in das Eigentum des Finders über. Bei Rückgabe steht dem Finder ein Finderlohn (bis 1 000 DM Wert 5%, darüber 3%) zu.
