He wrote a History of the Holy War 1639, Good Thoughts in Bad Times 1645, its sequel Good Thoughts in Worse Times 1647, and the biographical Worthies of England 1662.

Fuller was born in Monrovia, Liberi
a, and educated at Livingstone College, Salisbury, North Carolina; Long Island College Hospital, Brooklyn, New York; and Boston University School of Medicine, where he became a faculty member 1899. He practiced medicine in Boston and at his home in Framingham and taught pathology, neurology, and psychology at the University until he retired as professor emeritus 1937.
Fuller is best known for his work in neuropathology and psychiatry. His postgraduate studies included training at the Carnegie Laboratory, New York, and, 1904–05, at the University of Munich under Dr Alzheimer.

(1833-1910) US jurist and chief justice of the US Supreme Court 1888–1910. Fuller endorsed court options that limited state and federal strengths to regulate private business. He sided with the majority of the Court in Pollack v Farmers Loan and Trust Co 1895, which held invalid a flat-rate US income tax, leading to passage of the 16th Amendment to the Constitution in 1913, authorizing an income tax.
Fuller, born in Augusta, Maine, followed an early career in law and Democratic politics and then continued his activities in Chicago 1856. He was a supporter of Stephen Douglas in his 1858 election as US senator and in his bid for the presidency 1860. Fuller supported Grover Cleveland in the 1884 presidential who appointed him chief justice.

She was the editor of The Dial, the Transcendentalist magazine 1839–44, and noted for her public “conversations” for the edification of the women of Boston during the same period. She became the literary critic for the New York Tribune 1844. Later, while on assignment in Italy, she joined Giuseppe Mazzini’s doomed nationalist revolt 1848. Fuller was lost at sea while returning to the US 1850.
Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and tutored by her father, Fuller began adult life as a teacher and writer.

(Richard) (1895-1983) US architect, engineer, and social philosopher. He embarked on an unorthodox career in an attempt to maximize energy resources through improved technology. In 1947 he invented the lightweight geodesic dome, a hemispherical space-frame of triangular components linked by rods, independent of buttress or vault and capable of covering large-span areas. Within 30 years over 50,000 had been built.
He also invented a Dymaxion (a combination of the words “dynamics” and “maximum”) house 1928 and automobile 1933 that were inexpensive and utilized his concept of using the least amount of energy output to gain maximum interior space and efficiency, respectively.
Among his books are Ideas and Integrities 1963, Utopia or Oblivion 1969, and Critical Path 1981.
