Dojka je paran organ, koji postoji kod osoba oba spola. Kod muškaraca je zakržljala. Spolno zdrava žena ima razvijene dojke koje su u obliku polulopti i leže na prednjem zidu grudnjeg koša. Na prednjem delu dojke uzdiže se bradavica opkoljena kružnim poljem tamne boje. Dojka se sastoji od žlezdanog tela i od potkožnog masnog tkiva čija je veličina individualna. Žlezdano telo izgrađuju mlečne žlezde sa svojim kanalima koji se otvaraju na vrhu bradavice. Kroz ove kanale ističe mleko stvoreno u žlezdama.
