A three-dimensional image record created by holography. The hologram consists of a light interference pattern preserved in a medium such as photographic film. When suitably illuminated, it produces an image that changes its appearance as the viewer changes viewing angle. See also holography.
The intermediate photographic record that contains information for reproducing a three-dimensional image by holography.
Photograph taken, without a lens, by the interference of two laser beams, one illuminating the object and the other directed on to the film or plate; three-dimensional image produced from such a photograph.
